Hi - first post, so go easy!

KDL40W2000 for £819.99 including delivery at Pixmania when you use the £20 off Priceuk070903 voucher. Seems to be a highly rated LCD, I'm thinking about going for it. What does everyone else think?

Why cold??? Best price out there for this TV.. Isn't it? Is this LCD better than the samsung LE40M86BD that was such a big hit a few weeks ago?

I have this TV, it is excellent, What HiFi Sound & Vision product of the year 2006! it is full 1080p, 2 x HMDI and every other connection going. Picture & tuner are great. Sony's EPG is one of the best around - very easy to use.

Yes there are new model just emerging, but prices will be £1400+ for a good time yet, and this set is alreayd 1080p (if you have a 1080p source, which most people dont - SkyHD=1080i). I spent £1400 on my W series less than 1 yr ago so this price is amazing!

I do agree with narcist. I've been shopping around for many months and choosing between Samsung LE40M86BD and Sony KDL40W2000. Beside from the quality, the last thing was the price. I was able to buy a Denon Muti-region DVD player which upscales the video quality upto 1080p worth £200 - that's the worth of the price different between Samsung LE40M86BD and Sony KDL40W2000. No problem with Sammy at all.
