Sony Bravia KDL40W4000 LCD HD Ready 1080p Digital Television, 40 Inch + Free Sony Blue ray Player + 5y Warranty Dlvry £22.99 but cheapest price for Bravia with this type of warranty and BPlayer

I was on the lookout for 40w Bravia for the last 2 weeks with 5year warranty, this is the cheapest I've found, plus a free blue ray thrown in as a bonus, this a mega deal for me. Booked one for Dlvry

My parents picked this up for £599 in Comet at the weekend. Ok its only a year warranty and they didn't get the "free" BD Player but still feel thats a better deal.

Its £685.10 on line though.

You got it Wrong mate...Not all 40" lcd are same mate, KDL40W4000 Is way ahead in terms on connectivity, screen color n almost every dept mate you are comparing it with its cheper version which in not the one I'm dealing with.

the 40W is a much better TV that the V4000.

£ 812 is pretty good. Sony Centre were doing a similar offer but would charge 50 quid for delivery.

Heat added. Great TV

That adds only £4 pounds mate, still way cheaper than all other deals, this is a reputed Glasgow based sotre, and you can't expect to get everything free, especially with a 5year warranty (thats from sony,. nothing to do with store) and a free blue ray player, the cheapest price I could find for that player is in amazon for £173 ...so I don't mind paying that delivery charge, and they'r gonna take away my old tv and clear all the packing, thats a life saver mate..But still I'm saving over £150 plus

No mate, they done it only on Boxing day for £499 + 5y + free dlvry...was cracking deal, but never after that..now its on sale for £599 or similar

The one day (probable mistaken) JL £499 deal for the 40V4000 has killed Sony TV's on HUKD.

Get over it, it's been and gone, stop voting anything Sony over £499 cold - it doesn't follow!

This is a good deal if you want a blu-ray player. I don't, but it's still worthy of a hot

The warranty is one year from Sony with the remaining four years from Robert Whyte themselves. They are Sony stockists and the warranty is probably fine for someone living in Glasgow but no good for me in Hampshire!

By the way, the TV is coming in next week but the 350 will take another week or so. They said that they'd take a £200 deposit with the rest paid on delivery.

All their prices are going up soon (by at least 7.5%), the weak pound is starting to drive all electronic goods up.
