Description

Introducing the new Sony Bravia KDL40W2000U 40" LCD TV - Features Bravia W-Series styling in conjunction with a full HD resolution 1920x1080 LCD panel.

Featuring twin tuners - both analogue and Freeview digital - 1920 x 1080 resolution and two HDMI inputs, the Sony is as well specified as anything on test.

Then get it into action, and the real fun starts. The off-air picture from the analogue tuner is the first to make a good impression: more solid and clear than most rivals, it presents a fine balance of stability and vivid colours. And the digital TV picture is even better.

What a television.. after comparing many televisions from top brands i decide on this stunning Sony, which i must admit outshone the rest of the televisions at this price by a million miles!
Guys if you are looking for great colour and quality this is the t.v for you and for most of you who worry about how the t.v fares with live sports (mainly football) it is excellent handles fast paced movement exceptionally well compared to most HD televisions.
If Will doesn't convince you, i hope i help :o).

The guy who posted before me clearly does not know how to use his TV. This is a fantastic set (What HiFi Sound and Vision's 'TV Product of the Year 2007' no less!) and is an absolute bargain at under a grand. I use it with a PS3 for Blu Ray and an EP-30 for HD DVD and the picture quality is sublime. Only a very few LCD TVs currently support 24fps, does the previous poster really think that you need one of these to get decent quality from next gen dvd? The 40W2000 is a full 1080p screen and gives a fantastically smooth and detailed picture. Maybe the previous poster should switch down from 1080p/24fps on his player to 1080p. That should fix his problem.

A year old model, although a good price, no BE2 or motion flow but at this price bargain

Agree it's an older model but good find nonetheless. Only thing is we'll probably find more deals like this shortly after Christmas so buy now or buy later? Voted hot anyway.
