  Mines being collected today for a replacement. Said the new one will be sent around Tuesday. Hopefully everything will be included this time!

  It's strange on the website the rrp has gone from £199 to £99. When i spoke to the guy yesterday on the phone he said there was plenty of stock.

  I phoned them but what a swiz they only offered me 10% off as its an old clearance unit and none available with antenna, awful service. I can take it back to store and get a refund or wait until next week for them to collect it and then I have to wrap it up. I dont think I can source an antenna for 10% of the cost :(

  Don't count on the courier collecting. I waited in all day and no one came. When I called the woman laughed about it and said to go into store.
  
  Took it to the store in Newcastle city centre and a guy there was very apologetic and helpful. He said he will sort it out today when he can call head office.
  
  Apparently there is only 2 units left in the company now so probably won't get one anyway :(
  
  Will not being using halfords online ever again. Honestly the worst online support I have ever dealt with.

  As I thought, now sold out and was issued a refund. As I sold my old head unit I am very annoyed about the whole thing. Will not be using Halfords again.

  That is a B*tch but remember next time never get rid of old until new is up and running!
  I took mine back to store today and got a refund but with an extra bonus £5 added on so not all bad I suppose!
