Looks like a good price to me.. Have just ordered one and have arrange for store pickup.
shame the memory cards are too expensive
This particular camera has crap reviews, hence the price, personally I would pay the extra and buy a better quality Camera.

Just look at the price of Sony dedicated MemoryStick memory! You'll regret it. Even Sony are having to move to SD cards on the latest models.

A pretty mediocre, AA powered camera with just the Sony brand to blind the unwary!

If you want a decent little AA powered camera which takes SD (ie cheap/universal) memory you can save £10 by going for this Fuji with good reviews:
