Sony site says 2, but I hope it has 2. This is my reason for buying.

Top banana, thanks very much! ;)

Can anyone give an opinion on what the sound quality of these is like please?

A lot of the reviews say that they look very nice, and are very well made... but they have very little bass and very low volume? :/

Bass is okay in my opinion but I suppose it depends what kind of music you're into, I'd agree with the low volume thing but you can sort that by turning up the volume on the input. I mainly use them to plug my lappy into and I think they're great, well worth £15.

My only real complaint is that the speakers are wired directly to the sub unit, there are no plugs so I cant run the wire through the holes in my desk they have to hang behind.

Your never going to get much Bass from a driver and box of this size however its always compromise between portability and performance.
#16
Can these be used with a TV?

Thanks.

Bought these for 24.99, and I still think that was a good deal. Word of warning, the wire lead from the bass unit is short, so if you plan having your bass on the floor and speakers on the desk, it just about reaches. Quality is otherwise immense.

Thanks heat added

Might be interested in the SRS - BT100 if you want to sell. Nearly bought one from argos ebay for next to nothing but missed it.

Well spotted. Nearly bought the white ones the other day, but really wanted them in black. So very pleased I held off!

... even when not plugged into anything it sometimes plays it quietly, nothing else, just Korean Radio

That's bizarre!

Heat added and ordered a set - thanks OP

Anyone have any ideas as to if these will be an improvement on the sound of my iMacs speakers? I have a 24" iMac which is great for watching films on but the sound doesn't quite live up to the visuals.
#36
does anyone know what the power input is for this? is it USB or via a power adapter? Also, is power adapter chunky?
#37
Can these plug into a PS3?

I just returned my white ones to Currys so i could get these and got £40 refunded instead of £15! I assume its because they are £40 on Currys website

No. The Logitech's are only 7 watts compared to 25 watts of the Sony's.

Obviously watts aren't everything but I really can't see 7 watts of power producing decent sound...
