You need to buy it at Costco, unfortunately Costco do not sell online in this country.

I'm sure this is a better deal and you wont even have to move from your computer!

worth checking price in local Tesco.
My local Baldock had these at £149 before Easter. Sold out and no stock since.
Yet a few miles away in Stevenage always was showing £249 on display at same time and since, still had a few instore a few weeks ago. (See my other posts) some hot dealers think Stevenage store not updated prices on display.

Hard drive is actually 160GB and the 120GB shown on box is due to a hardware restriction that can be unlcoked with a new firmware.

is there much differennce?

Just note this is not a dual digital recorder. It has one digital and one analogue, so in a few years after the switchover it will be only have a single tuner which is able to work.

The SVP one is a refurb...

And out of stock.

The OP found us a good deal which we should be happy with, yet people feel the need to go out of their way to find something 'better'.

Currently there are no Twin Freeview DVD Hard Drive recorders!

These are returns so comparing them to a brand new item doesn't count!
