even though there are many different types of new readers from sony in the market.This for me is the best one ever released by sony.The newer models IMHO are just an apt example of cost cutting at the expense of quality.There is enormous difference between the quality of the displays when you compare contrast and other aspects side by side.Got these when they retailed for £150 at john lewis.never been happier.cannot say the same with the newer models though which i got as gifts..:thumbsup:
