Has anyone ever had one of these phones from new and not had to send it back for repair?

I ask as I was really into getting one of these until all my friends that had this model of phone theirs started going wrong. In most cases now they are on their 3rd and 4th replacement!!

Sounds tempting for the price yet ive lost faith in Sony handsets now i liked the P1, K750i and K800i then i got the K850i twice it was sent back then i got rid so as good a deal as it looks i wouldn't like chance another Sony handset for now

Im going with a warm vote ;-)

If you get a fault on this phone will it be replaced, seeing as its a refurb?
Also does it have t-mobile branding and will it accept o2 sims?

thanks
