Can't get much better than that.

Now that is cheap. Nearly worth it if you need an extra battery for another SE phone! Any idea which battery it takes?

EDIT: BST-42 according to my searching - won't be good for a k850i unfortunately :-(

Quidco offers £7 for PAYG mobiles!

That CEX price is for an unlocked phone, don't think Virgin Mobile's phones are unlocked so you'd prob need to add £5-10 getting it unlocked (unless you know how to do it yourself of course:thumbsup: )
#13
Ordered one of these in Feb when it was £4.84 .. (yes a whole 89p more expensive). Quidco tracked and paid at £7. The phone that arrived was unlocked. The sim card had £10 topped up onto an existing £1 credit = £11 total. I asked Virgin to transfer this to my existing Virgin PAYG number which they did with no probs. Voted HOT.

Presumably.

It says:

"Receive unlimited texts and unlimited access to your favourite websites if you top up £20 in one month.

Plus receive one month's free allowance when you buy any handset with £10 top-up!"
#16
Anyone know if there is a minimum monthly top up required on this as would be a great second stand by/emergency phone?

There isn't a minimum top-up as such, but I suspect that Virgin will possibly cull inactive SIMs every now and again so it's worth using it to send a text or make a quick call every couple of months...
#18
Thanks, much appreciated

Wow, must have got my £3.95 order in with seconds to spare!!!!

As I recall there was nothing in their terms and condition about this about six months ago - other than saying numbers could be suspended and "we do not want to lose you".

Brilliant deal though

Hi, just want to say I purchased the sony ericsson F350 that was on offer last week listed as clearance, when I received it the screen was scratched and had no protective film on it and the battery had a dent and scratches on it too. Be careful.
#28
I bought one of these phones for my 7yr old son a while back as an emergency phone for when he plays out.

Perfect as I don't really care if he drops it, scratches it...even lose it. Plus its tiny and fits in his pocket easily.

Ideal as spare phone but won't win you any style prizes.

Good deal.

Only a fiver quidco there - and the last time there was a PAYG deal posted for CPW many people buying it had bother with their banks afterwards - including me - my bank froze my account, never thought to phone me - then it took a protracted call in the supermarket car park to get my card to work when i went back in to get the messages I had not bought as the card was cancelled. :w00t::w00t:

Sometimes with these deals you have to be quick.

I guess they see all the orders coming in online after it being advertised on the internet and run out or if they have some stock left put up the price.
