This was previously posted as 12 months free line rental, but now with cool new mobile, you can get a free bluetooth headset and an extra £5 quidco over phoneboxdirect. This is a great phone also, and you get 500 anytime anynetwork minutes and 250 texts a month.

Here is a basic spec:

FM Radio Bluetooth Built-in 3 megapixel camera 3G Video Record MP3 Player Extra VGA camera for video calls

The Sony Ericsson K800i is one of the first handsets to feature in Sony Ericsson's Cyber-shot range. Almost identical in functionality to the K790i, the K800i adds 3G. It has a 3.2 megapixel camera with a new xenon flash and burst mode for capturing moving images in quick succession. Other features include an FM radio with RDS and Bluetooth 2.0 with stereo audio.

in my opinion it is a much better phone, the camera is much better but you will not get some of the music features.

Ive always seen these 12 month free contracts and always been intrigued, but im not thinking about taking the plunge.

1) Is this company reputable enough?
2) How do you go about getting your money back every 3 months (usually anyway)
3) Do they 100% need to stick to the terms by giving you the money back as long as you make the claim?
4) What are these claim forms usually like, and how much time do you usually get?

Basically...any tips on making sure i manage to get the 12 months free?

Hi I've gone for this deal. I'll let you know how things progress.

Leaving coolnewmobile, who have been good over the last year ( last payment slow -one to go) but the security breach on their web site was worrying hence the move.

thanks you to bryntaylor99 for the post

This gives some good advice, I'm going to set a speadsheet up with key info on it as the thread suggested plus keep a copy of the terms and conditions ( Hard copy )

I'm happy to send my spreadsheet over once done. It's not that great but I'm happy to share it.
