**MAKE SURE THAT YOU CHOOSE A 12-MONTH TARIFF, AND NOT AN 18-MONTH ONE!**

Compact, Chic and Easy-to-Use are words that best describe the T303 from Sony Ericsson. What the Sony Ericsson T303 lacks in high specification is certainly made up for in its styling, with its classy mirrored finish and compact sliding design this handset will no doubt appeal to a wide range of users who like their mobile phones to be functional and sexy, and both apply to the Sony Ericsson T303. Features include 1.3 megapixel camera, media player, TrackID, FM radio and bluetooth so keeping yourself entertained while out and about with this funky little handset will prove to be as easy as its functionality, and with its diminutive dimensions the Sony Ericsson T303 fits easily in to both your hand and pocket. The Sony Ericsson T303 is a move away from Sony Ericssons recent releases but is sure to be a hit with those people who are after a distinctive handset with great aesthetics that wont cost the earth.

All clearance handsets are pre-owned handsets that have been returned and have been tested and fully re-conditioned by our engineers to make them look and operate as good as new. All our clearance handsets are supplied with a 12-month warranty. All of the Network provider's responsibility regarding warranties on these handsets have been transferred to Mobiles2YourDoor. Any issues regarding faulty equipment should be directed to Mobiles2YourDoor. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the unlikely event you do experience a problem with the handset then please contact the Mobiles2YourDoor Customer Services Team.

This offer works by cashback which you claim from Mobiles2YourDoor at specified intervals. You have a massively generous 60 days to send the claim. You must have paid each bill in its entirety, so please only use this deal if you can afford to pay the bills on time and remember to keep on top of the cashback. Use recorded delivery when sending the claims, or better still - special delivery with consequential loss cover. Mobiles2YourDoor is a subsidary of Phones4U, whom also operate the site. Phones4U are a large high street firm, and are fairly reliable when it comes to cashback.

**Remember to decline/cancel the insurance that they try to give you as it can be very expensive!!**

See the first comment for my advice on how to succeed with a cashback contract and it'll be plain sailing for you!!

There's also a feedback thread for Mobiles2YourDoor... if you have any feedback about Mobiles2YourDoor (both GOOD and BAD experiences) then please post in there rather than in the thread. That way, the info can be used across all Mobiles2YourDoor threads as it's all in one place.

Yes, as explained throughout the OP with phrases such as "after cashback" and the more detailed "This offer works by cashback which you claim from Mobiles2YourDoor at specified intervals. You have a massively generous 60 days to send the claim. After all, there's no way a company would just give you a free phone and contract and say "thare ya go". :)

Seems like an excellent offer duckmagic! Nice find. What I don't understand about offers like these is why do the companies do them in the first place? I mean, as long as you don't go over your mins/ texts what exactly are they getting by giving you a free phone and contract for 12 months? It almost seems too good to be true - even though I know it isn't.

Brilliant - thank you! My old phone is up for renewal so this is excellent timing, and an excellent find! Heat & Rep added duckmagic!

A steal at the low low price of um £449.99!

They gamble that a) you will spend more on the contract and b) people will forget to claim the cashback. The tariffs they have on the website also usually cost far more than they would directly from vodafone (excluding the cashback).

I've also heard that phones4u do this occasionally when they are falling behind on their vodafone quota so need more customers quickly.

Does the £40 include VAT or is it £40 plus an extra 17.5%? Also does the redemption give VAT back too? Asking due to one of the posts in the feedback thread

Thanks

in the past (not looked at this deal) they are all inclusive of tax - paying and cash back

so you pay £40 quid each month and receive at month 6 (after sending in cashback forms ) 6 x £40 back, and so on...

I got this recently from M2YD on 11 months free. Returned it because I found the 6300 on Phones4U for 12 months free.
#12
So are these definately part of Phones4u?

I assume that makes them more reliable for cashback?

I've only ever used e2save before.

i would avoid these guys. Didn't get my redemption back event though i sent them my bills via recorded delivery. Woeful customer service too
#14
Good deal, Heat and Rep added. Especially good IMO when there is a lack of 12 month free deals.

I've not seen the particular phone before but it looks quite nice.

Thanks

used this company for a similar deal, all went fine, great if u can stay organised with the claims etc.

I got my first deal with Mobiles2YourDoor in September (Samsung J700), and they said in the blurb that they would send me the first claim form at 6 months.

My question is how reliable is this?
Last year with Phones4U, I got the form straight away, and all the claims were processed quickly, So I am a ;ittle apprehensive.

BTW, this phone looks much better.

voted cold, too many people have had fingers burned

I found this company's custom service poor too. I had numerous problems that took multiple calls to get sorted, with them promising to deliver things that never turned up and so on. That said, I have just received my first cashback cheque from them, so at least they seem reliable in that respect. I did have to call them to get claim forms as none were sent, and I would also advise sending the claim forms in by recorded delivery and calling them again about 30 days after you post each form off to check on the status of your claim. Once one claim fails, all subsequent claims are automatically denied, so if you forget to send the first form in you forfeit all of your cashback.

Oh yeah - You have 60 days to make each claim, but they can take up to 28 days to process each claim and if successful, up to another 28 days to send you your cheque so don't hang about. From sending in my first claim form to receiving the cheque took 5 weeks. Also, in case anyone is wondering - I ported my number when I got the phone, so the number on the claim form was different to the number on my bill. That did not affect my claim at all, but check the particular terms of your deal in case it's different. They are definitely part of the Phone4U group BTW.

So recommend or not in the end?

It's hard to say, jam! If you buy a phone that works OK and you never have to call their customer service about it, then yeah, because they processed the cashback claim and sent me my cheque, which is the thing I was bothered about the most. My phone was faulty though, and I had all kinds of problems getting them to replace it (LG ended up doing it for me), so based on that I wouldn't personally get another phone from them. It's winding me up just thinking about some of the conversations I had with their customer service people. lol.

just ordered 1 for me and 1 for my brother!

cheers!

M2YD also receive a subsidy from the network for each connection they make. This then covers them for some of the payouts. As not everybody will claim and they will avoid some of the other claims they are quids in.
#23
the phone looks really nice but only has 8mb of memory my friend bought it for her daughter and she could only get 3 tracks on it. There is also no expandable memory so if you are not buying this phone to listen to music then its a good deal.
#24
Bumping for those who still haven't seen, as this isn't likely to last all that much longer.
#25
Can you port you numbers here as I need to do that!
#26
not yet got confirmation and ordered on monday ?
#27
THIS ONE IS BACK IN STOCK. :) Not sure how long for, mind...
#28
can this phone be unlocked?

M2YD are absolute gits !! :x

Firstly, big thanks to the OP, I ordered this phone (on £40 pm tariff ) about a week and a half ago and all went smoothly. But then nothing turned up, so had to chase them. They said I had got through the credit checking process successfully (not surprising, as I already had an existing contract with them on Vodafone) and that my new phone /sim would all be despatched shortly.

Anyway, it arrived by RMSD on Sat morning and guess what........no phone, just a sim card !!

I rang them and left a message (the girl I spoke to said they were too busy to take calls !) and they didn't return my call, so I emailed them and they ignored that as well. Tried ringing again today and finally got through, just to be told that after checking, they agreed they had not sent me a phone, but told me that as a T303 was already on my order, they couldn't send me a second T303 on the same order ref. Oh ! and by the way, they said the T303 was now out of stock, so they would need to cancel the sim card now as well. ...........as I say, absolute gits !!!!

What a complete waste of my time, I will never deal with M2YD again. Please beware, this is a company whose systems are clearly in a mess !! :x
