Nice, what are these like as a mp3 player replacement? Is the phone locked as well?

I have only ever used e2save once to buy a cheap PAYG phone and had no problems.

It arrived quickly and unlocked (although it was not a clearance phone). Also £7 cashback on TopCashBack tracked with no problems.

Looks like a fair price. Heat added.

Have to disagree a little.I was going to buy this a few weeks back but when i tried it out the sliding mechanism seemed very weak and felt like it would snap at anytime so i chose a different phone. My friend has the one up from the W205 and the slider feels much more robust and a far better quality. So i would say forget this and if you are going for a walkman phone go for one higher than this basic version.

I'd agree had a couple now and they have been bomb proof no probs - but they were candy bar type - I think slide phones by design may play up quicker - my mates N95 nokia has just buggard up and thats a slider !! he's not happy !!

Wife and I both have Sony W910s, and they are disappointingly unreliable- there is a lot of adverse comment about their (lack of ) quality on the internet. Search on esato, for instance. Sony just wont accept that there is an inherent fault. They just advise firmware upgrades, but the faults, such as screen not coming on, camera not functioning, recurrs regularly. I'll be going back to Nokia, personally (I assume they are as reliable as they were the last time I had one).

Agree. I bought Nokia 5800 clearance phone from e2save and it did not come with 8gb memory card. When I called they told me to read the clearance policy again and asked me to go to any high street electrical store and buy it for around £10.

So don't be surprised if it comes with missing cables or memory cards etc...

And their returns /customer service number is a premium rate number and they don't answer straightaway and i dialled the local rate sales line and asked them to transfer to returns department and she asked me to dial the premium number by myself. Nice.

So buy it if they offer a good deal and you don't mind getting missing accessories with your phone.
