if you text at any considerable speed, then i wouldn't recommend getting this phone.
it lags a lot. i don't know if it's just because i've had mine for a while (though, ten months isn't that long for a phone), but it's really slow.
i could literally type faster than it writes, and i'm constantly having to wait for it to catch up to where i'm up to.

comingback, did you try the sony ericsson update service to update the phone's software?

This is a " Clearance " phone so is not new..

not a good xmas present sorry
I got one, they sent the phone in a white broken box with a damaged battery. this is what you get on all their clearance phones

I got this for a little more than this price a year ago and it was brand new. I think it was from Littlewoods using a voucher.

My advice would be to pay a bit extra and get something more sort of a smart phone sort of type.

I got a clearance one of these from e2save, it lasted a week. They replaced it, but it cost a bundle in phone calls, and the phone isn't particularly special. Spend £20 more on a better phone deal would be my advice too.

Ordered One and went through Quidco :)

A terrible phone, battery life awful and phone freezes often meaning you have to remove battery and reset time/date etc. Agree with the other comments saying spend a bit more to get a decent phone. Remember its only a bargain if it works properly.

Shame about the reviews of this phone.
Can anyone recommend a mobile phone that has decent battery life, is good for calls and good for texting (you know, what a phone used to be good for!!)?

Thanks,
