Excellent spot, I've been tempted for a new phone for a while and finally gave in, at this price it's a steal, just ordered one.

Thanks OP heat + rep added

Worth the £20 extra for a brand new one IMO, the amount of faulty returns we get instore of 'clearance' handsets is amazing. Remember when buying clearance from any of the CPW companies most of the phones are returns tarted up a bit and sent out again.

Would it be unlocked ???

Can't say 100% as this one of the few handsets CPW sell both orange branded and sim-free.
