Certainly the best price ive managed to find and you dont have to buy a top up voucher at the same time!

You no longer have to put up with running android 1.6 as the update to 2.1 is available on the Sony website! (Only reason why I decided to look for this phone)

Also 3.5% available through quidco (£4.20!)

If your going to vote cold can you point me in the right direction? Is the phone available cheaper elsewhere or is there something wrong with the handset I should know before buying?

Had this pjone for christmas, love it, hot from me

Why the cold votes? If this seriously is a bad deal, help save me some money and tell me why! Isnt that the point of this site?!

had this phone a while and really like it, for it's size it has a lot of technology, how many phones this price have gps, wifi, bluetooth, 3g and fm radio built in ?

Let's hope people are not voting cold because of you whining :p

Not really whining, just curious as to why people were voting cold.
If im going to spend £119 on what I thought was a good deal, would like to know why people think its bad deal and maybe save me some money.

had phone a while back and luckily was able to return it under Virgin contract 30 day policy. Hated it. Too chunky, awful battery life phone on for 8 hours and only 40% left and that was without making or receiving any calls or texts, spoke to virign and they said it was due to the apps constantly running in the background.

Have to disagree with the battery life - bought the Mini Pro for the OH, and battery lasts at least two days - and she can talk and play Angry Birds and surf via WiFi for ages... Doubt the Mini would be any worse. Also, I find that it charges from empty to full in about an hour. Very impressed. Has not hanged, stalled, needed a reboot or anything since I bought it a few months ago. Great little phone.

Is this the one with slide out kb?

Mini = no kb
Mini Pro = kb

This deal is for the Mini, therefore, no kb :)
#13
Ahh thanks mate. Are these easy to unlock?

I currently have a Samsung Marvel and have tried some Android phones but been unhappy with the poor cameras, wondering if this may suit?

I bought a payg from phones4u, and they were all unlocked - not sure about play.com
Camera is good, but be aware that there are zero controls. Just still or video and flash or no flash. That is it. But, for some, thats a good thing!

It's got lots of features, but if you're buying this phone with the intention of using it to play games from the app-store then be aware that 2 thumbs on this screen will pretty much obscure the whole display. It really is that small. The screen resolution is only 320x240, which makes it at the lower end of android phones too. It's got loads of features and is titchy, but it's just not hugely practical for most of the reason why you'd buy a smart phone in the first place.

Not voted either way, just putting in my tuppence. It's a decent cheap price for this phone.

Sounds like you haven't used a smart phone before? They all have bad battery life, but how you use it, and what you leave running makes a big difference. Love mine! ;) HOT for this phone as I haven't seen it cheaper anywhere else.

Thanks OP. Hot from me
