Sony say that it doesn't have a USB port and there is no evidence of one in the picture, so I think the answer is no. That makes this a whole lot less attractive.
it'll connect via a 3.5mm jack plug male to male from the ipod headphone jack to the stereo's input jack ...... wont charge this way though obviously.

Picked mine up today at Boston. No USB port but not needed, great find......Now I've got to fit it, that's the weekend gone!
