Good price. These are clearance now due to new models arriving which explains the lack of stock. If anyone sees the SR11 on offer please tell me :-)

I know you're new to the site, but a bit more info might help - this isn't a snotty post, i'm just saying that a lot of people might not know what this is - i am one of those, lol..... and the link only goes to the main website, so that didn't help me find out what it is either :)
I'm guessing it's a DVR of some sort or a combination TV and DVR because of the 40GB in the title??

[edit] just googled it and found out it's a full HD camcorder and also that it can be gotten cheaper here

http://www.cbmstore.co.uk/contentitempage.aspx?contentid=1011129

for 399.95 including VAT and delivery.. hope that helps someone :)

I did notice that the stores I was in only had SR10E and SR12E camcorders in stock.
Will keep an eye out for any SR11's.
As you said these are end of line camcorders as Sony are bringin out new range.
Even the manager in the shop couldnt believe the price had came down that much as they normally hold their price.
the new 40GB HD camcorders are expected to be retailing between £700-£800

If you go to the link please scroll down to the bottom and it will tell you its out of stock.
Ive already been in contact with them last week and they said it was only 1 camcorder they had and it sold months ago.

I might be new to the site but I'm not new to buying or searching for things on the net and any site you post I'm sure I've been on or contacted them

Whoa there - firstly I was just pointing out that there was little information about what the product was so that the postee could've maybe make the title explain what the product is... if he doesn't want to then fair enough, but seen that he has now changed the title to say what it is.
And as for the product being ex-display and out of stock I had no idea.. I just googled it like I said and saw that price and thought it might help someone... but I guess not if it's out of stock etc, sorry for that.

i don't consider myself to be new to the site, but I guess almost 6 months of being on here every day could be considered new by some, lol - and learn to spell please - YOU'RE as in YOU ARE!!

I'd say only 2 threads started is fairly new in anyone’s books. And its was a grammar mistake not a spelling mistake but thanks for noticing as I was too busy with work to do it myself.

well you meant to put you're and instead put your.. so that's a SPELLING mistake actually... but whatever.
