Good deal, voted hot, but the M&S description looks a bit confused: They say it has an external speaker, when it is clearly internal. Then in the product details they correctly say it is an internal speaker, but rated at 100 Watts - running off a couple of AA batteries!

Sorry to sound a bit nerdy. ;)

Ordered, Thanks
User Topcashback - Possible 3.03%
Also used a promotional voucher that they send to credit card customes - 300 bonus points worth £3 when you spend online.
This worked in conjunction with the free delivery code.
This gets me down to £3.65 or if TCB works £3.45 ish. Very happy with that, heat added.

It actually beats a DAB in so many ways.

Used to have a small Sony radio like this. Bought a portable pocket PURE DAB radio to replace it which was rubbish. But I'd be reluctant to buy another FM radio considering that most FM signals will be turned off in a few years. Good price though.

With the tories in power there is now no turning off of FM date.
FM will be here for many years yet, until they get digital radio into the majority of new cars.

D’you know what is almost impossible to find in a shop these days? A battery FM radio that has push-button presets. Not a DAB one, just an FM one. Plenty of low-end ones that have an edgewise rotary tuning capacitor, plenty of DAB ones that also have FM and therefore have digital preset buttons, but gone are the FM only ones that you can hop between two or more commonly used stations without having to retune, and have it run on batteries in the loo, and not cost an insane price because it has a superfluous and expensive battery-sucking DAB module in it.
