Good price, but not showing any stock available for stores up to 200 miles away (might be some knocking around somewhere if you're lucky and >200 miles away from me!)

I believe TCB and quidco may dump best buy as they are refusing to pay out.

Do you have any information on this? A lot of people are going to be annoyed if they don't get their 20% cashback!

Description states 401 model rather than 403 which comes with Freeview HD.

I know people have had problems getting Best Buy to track properly and payments go through when ordering but ain't seen anything on not paying out. The site only went live at the beginning of November and they started giving cashback a few weeks after that. Everything that I have bought from Best buy online tracked just find with Top Cash and the first item I ordered at the beginning of December is due to pay out at the start of next month. So at best they should only just be due to start paying out customers, but I've found with many stores it's usually nearer 3 months till payment actually arrives. They are only estimating payouts at the moment and given they are a new partner in the scheme I don't expect them to be quick.

Ordered this TV before Christmas from Best Buy and they had 401 in the description at that time as well. But they did deliver the KDL-40EX403 with Freeview HD although it's still a bit of waste of money only having 4 channels.

Also worth noting unless it comes back in stock for home delivery you won't get cashback as they don't give it on reserve and collect orders.

Bestbuy are part of a very large US company and I cannot see them not paying out. I reckon the only reason they have not payed out so far is because they only recently linked up with the cashback sites in November, and they are waiting 3 months before they give out the payouts.

The reason is that many customers return goods within the first month after purchase, and are no longer eligible for the cashback. I think Bestbuy are just making sure that the customers have kept the goods before the cashback is paid.

Don't rely on the cashback when you decide to purchase from Bestbuy.

Agree it seems a bit too soon to be paying out cashback. But my usual rule is don't buy something more expensive just because you might get cashback to make it cheaper, always go for the guaranteed cheaper item.
