The thing was 7 months ago no one was shouting recession all over the media. 7 Months ago Sony were sorta reporting profits.... Now Sony are reporting a 71% Decrease in their profits and the main culprits are their overpriced TV's (which I have bought many of).

Now that we have a looming recession, thanks to Gordo Muppet Brown and his mates.... we are all shafted due to our investments etc going down..... businesses having problems getting credit etc etc etc....

Sorry to go off topic, but the V Series will have more to fall very very soon!

Great deal. HOT. Probably even better after Christmas if you can wait that long.

Isn't this last years model that suffered from really bad motion issues which the current 4000 series solved? If it is then don't buy as I've seen it withg my own eyes and it was BAAADDDD. However the general image was good, so perhaps useful for those who don't game?

I'd say cold personally, the 46" V4000 isn't even £150 more and it's easily worth the extra

Gordon Brown is awesome, I think you should be blaming Thatcher and her mates instead.

I've read some reviews saying the same but this is HOT for the price.

Hang on - isn't there a global recession due to credit crunch originating from the States? The world economies are all in dire so it's difficult to pin the blame on Gordon Brown!

You need to do research and understand the current economic climate before posting such a drivel:p

Not sure where this thread is going, but 'Samsung stuff' is certainly not below par. I much prefer their LCD's to the (often overpriced and overhyped) Sony's.

If you read my reply it states I have many of the Sony screens. I am blaming Brown for the hoax of a problem he is taking us into.....

Unlike the States... who have the credit crunch... Brown is making us go into it.......

Anyway as for the Sony thing... as they are losing so much money.... - decrease of 71pc profit.... they will be doing much more marketting in the very near future to give some really good deals on the TV's....

They are followin crapsung samsung with the nasty looking piano plastic looking black - AWEFUL!!

I have a few of the X Series TV's and my newest 52inch has the brushed gun metal frame which i think looks awesome.

As for the bloke saying Gordon is all good... he aint doing a good job on calming people is he? Saying there is a recession on its way and shouting that the banks are not capitalised, striking fear into everyone..... that's what is causing the recession him using the media to control us all.... shutting us out from spending what a [email protected]

Sony LCDs are made using Samsung screens!

Just as this post has gone a bit - Dave 'The populist' Cameron is more concerned about Russel Brand/ John Ross than the economy.

This was seen in Norwich. Would have thought that this would have been with all the Sony stores, but maybe it is down to each individual store?
