Free delivery, or pickup from store. The shop is in Buckingham palace Road, Victoria, London. Could be grounds for a price match

JL are price matching this. Not sure what to do now, go for it now or wait another week or 2, anyone else having this problem?

I would wait, prices are going to drop further.

That's my fear, jumping the gun and then regretting it in a week or two when. It goes sub £750/700 or maybe I'll miss the boat and they sell out. I think this is all about timing and balance.

If you want it, and it's worth this much, and you can afford it, why are you hedging your bets over saving 20 or 30 quid?
Just buy it now, and have the use of it for a few weeks more for the sake of a (possible) saving of a few quid, and possibly losing out all together!!

I asked again for price match at 799 and it was approved, first time for everything I suppose.

Doubting Thomas. You tried to imply that I was telling whoppers, when in fact JL's random and unpredictable price match policy is very well known to the regulars on here. Well done on the JL price match.

Hot, have asked JL to price match so fingers crossed.

Isn't John Lewis price match valid for 30 days after purchase? So if you buy it now and it drops in price you won't miss out.
