Looks a price, this. I'm going to pick one up later today. For context, it got to 1000+ degrees a few months back at £299 and that was an Amazon offer, this is cheaper (if you use the voucher) and comes with a 5-year warranty).

Comes with HD Freeview & smart features if you need them.

Sign up for the Richer Sounds VIP programme to get a £10 off voucher.

33m/s input lag for gaming which is excellent for a value TV.

Superb TV for gaming and HD viewing. Been a lot of very cheap, low quality TVs on here recently, this is a top-drawer TV for a great price. Currently £349 on Amazon

Very positive HDTVTest Review here:

May be possible to get them to price match still?

Very nice, if i had a home i would snap this up. My brother bought the same tv from john lewis and it came with a dead pixel but he wasn't fussed about returning it. I guess that could happen with any tv though.

Seems very expensive for just 32"

In a round about way I addressed this in my opening gambit. This is a class-leading 32" television. HUKD has been swamped with average sets in recent weeks. I know, because I've been looking for a 32" bargain for a month or so. If all TVs were made the same then it would look expensive, price in this instance is relative to quality.

HDTVreview made regard this as highly as any TV in its class and even beats some more expensive (and bigger models).

This has fantastic build quality, smart features and the input lag is excellent for gaming.

The main reason this is hot is that it's a rarely reduced set and this is as cheap a price as I've ever seen it. That, allied to the whopping warranty makes it a superb deal in my opinion.

Just need a good deal on the 42" one now.

Why because he has an opinion

Hmm, we've got the 42" downstairs and I desperately need a 32" in the bedroom (current got an 8 year old 26" Sony which is still holding its own!) but I'm in two minds whether or not to wait for the current gen to drop? That one has 4x HDMI ports which I could actually end up using ;)

Grrr, this site! What to do?

I posted this a few weeks back. although didn't mention the £10 off. however if u have an eye on the Sony outlet store they seem to pop up on their for 269.99. I got one. perfect condition. great TV.

Yep the tv has DLNA Support so you can stream films, music and photos over the home network. The TV does have screen mirror, you have to connect to the tv's own wifi connection to first set it up. It is very good for my 2013 nexus 7, not sure how the Galaxy note will behave.

This ^^^

It's a good price for the quality of TV.

I paid a similar sort of price for a top of the line Panasonic 32" a year back when they were clearing them for new models. Could have got a cheaper one, but it wouldn't have been as good. The Panny is very nice by the way. :) (Although not as good as the Panny plasma in the living room of course ... :p )

Do these TV's 200hz make MUCH difference for gaming? I have 32 LED LG I got 3 years ago, 50hz, 1080pm, FV HD, smart too, works a treat till now. Channels take a while to change though, annoying.

Will I notice much difference for gaming on a new PS4?

Much difference to the Sony Bravia KDL32W7 LED HD 1080p Smart TV, 32" with Freeview HD?

I was in my local GAME store and was amazed at their ps4 set up because it looked a lot better than the picture I was getting with my ps4 at home on my older hd TV. I checked the model number of the Sony TV and the specs were very similar to this with the 200hz. So IMO it makes a big difference. I thought the Tvs would cost a fortune so I'm surprised to see this price. The model I saw in GAME was KDL-42W654A in case anyone cares

This is a great price, I paid £320 for this model about 2 months ago. It's used mainly has a pc monitor and for ps4 gaming, excellent picture quality and deep blacks (unlike cheaper 32" tv's that look grey and muddy). Input lag for gaming is quite low for a tv (33ms) but if you what even lower responsiveness and you have room to accommodate one, go for the KDL-42W653A (input lag 14.6ms), believe this is the model you see in Game stores.

Reviews on both these Tv's

I have the 42" version which i picked up for £479 just before Xmas. I bought it solely to play my PS4 and Xbox 1 on. The deciding factor was the 6ms response rate this tv set offers which is excellent (as per review on HD TV TEST...http://www.hdtvtest.co.uk/news/input-lag). I could have gone for a more expensive screen and was surprised to find a TV of this quality at such a low price. I can highly recommend this Sony and the 32" which has the same qualities is a steal at under £300.

1x reserved and voucher printed :)

Thanks OP!

good deal, really want a 32" with FREESAT. Anyone know any ?

Does anyone know how this compares with the Panasonic TX-L32E6B ? I'm torn between the two at the moment. Will mainly be used for playing an xbox one and watching hd material. Thanks

I already have this TV. Playing the xbox 360 on it is awesome. You do have to setup it to get the right setting with all newer TV's. Recommended Purchase if you dont have a HD TV already. The Smart TV app randomly has the Speed Racer App :D

Why does this have a different model number to the one in John Lewis?

Awesome TV, great Price. Hot!

You won't get the full benefit or 1080p with such a small TV unless you sit about 4 feet away so unless you live in a very small room I think you're probably better off buying a cheaper standard definition TV at this size or getting a better value 1080p TV that's much larger. My auntie has a similar '1080p' Panasonic with SKY HD and honestly it looks the same as standard definition from about seven feet away. She's never been interested in tech and doesn't really know what she's missing to be honest bless her.

John Lewis have agreed to price match the £299 price, they wouldn't budge on the £10 off coupon
But the customer service their history of sorting out problems with the 5yr guarantee is worth it in my opinion
I have 28 days to order one and get this price, may sit tight forma couple of week incase something stupid pops up

When did you call them? Apparently it takes two working days to deal with an under-sell?

You sir, are an idiot

Why so? I post a good price for Dr Dre Beats goes cold because its a Brand - Vote this cold as it's a Brand that you could get a cheaper version of, and still complaints?

I got a 37" Hannspree 1080 HD tv (which is a Panasonic TV inside a Hanspree refurbished case) for £247 about 4/5 years ago, so i don't see how a 32" at this price is a good deal?

You are the idiot...
