You title says 40", when the price is for 37", which is actually a panel not made by Sony-Samsung corporation.

Incorrect - Go to deal, and click on the one for £549.00, then when you click buy, go to the checkout and select 'sony tv trade in' for 1p. It then knocks £100 off; when they come to deliver, find a useless old tv to give to them, and you're sorted. A brand new bravia for £449 =)

This deal does not exist!

The Model KDL40V5810 is not even on the Tesco Direct Website and the cheapest 40" Sony TV is over £600 and not £449.99.

Edit: So you put in the wrong model number.

A 37" Sony TV with Freesat and you need to trade in a TV to get it for £450. Please put in the title that you need to trade in to get this price!

yes, that might be the way to get the deal, but the television in question is the 37" as sirlukas pointed out. there is no mention about 40" at £549

50 - "V" series is 50Hz , "W" series is 100Hz . Both have an ethernet port for DLNA though :)

I meant DLNA (corrected original post now) - gone into acronym meltdown.

DLNA allows you to stream files (m usic, video, pictures) betwen compatible devices, eg. windows and a comptible TV. PS3 Media Converter does a better job than Windows Media Player as it can handle transcoding more formats and upscales the content to fit the TV resolution.
