Good spot, seems the cheapest deal around for this.

Wonder if this Sony when in PC mode looks any better than my mates, his is horrid.

40"" as well why no 42"" 40"" no good for me, seems a little dear as well as big LCD's are getting cheaper , yeah it's Sony but don't think they actually make the panel on these.

This come with more than 1 year warranty ?

The DLNA feature seems neat or possibly maybe

though these words DLNA + Applicast Capability mean you might be able to get it on this model

It should have 3 year warranty with Sony UK. This TV is amazing... and a bargain at that price!

yes it has a 3 year warranty with Sony UK. The reason the lcd is around the £800 mark is because its near the top of the range.

This appears to be better value for the same telly - but did I read something about digital direct being unreputable? Thoughts?

Beat me to it!

I've been looking to get this model, just trying to find the best deal.

http://www.soundandvision.co.uk were the cheapest in the sense that the screen was approx £830 including VAT and delivery.. however.. it came with a 4 year warranty!

Which could then be price matched (hopefully by Richer sounds)

Price is now £869.00 on Sound and Vision.

By which time I'll be waiting for the next technology to become cheaper so I can replace the LCD TV I've enjoyed for at least five years.

Its £819 on Richer Sounds at mo. 900 with 5 yr warranty.

I think the bad reviews are dragging this price down. its no W4500. :(

Just noticed sound and vision do free 5 year warranty at 849 that RS would match! Plus next day delivery. £100 more and you get Sony Bp350 Blu Ray player. Thats a good deal on the blu ray player!

Minor issue about the quality of the tv :(

Flog flog flog!!
