With the best input lag for a 42inch currently available, this is one of the best current tv's for gaming.

It's also pretty damn good as a tv as well!

It's a great price, but for just another £6, go with either Richer Sounds/John Lewis for the 5 year warranty

i have this tv, got refurb from sony outlet for 380 and have to say its a very good tv for gaming. im not too bothered about smart feature but they work well. it also starts up instantly and blu rays look stunning.

ive got it as my main screen for pc media playback and ps3 for media cant fault it, haven't tried the gaming but this 42" improves on lasts years w6 model and has the lowest recorded input lag fantastic for gamers. i stumped up £519 with JL price match the same can be done here.

Does the web browser on this TV support Flash Videos?

I just got one of these and it's a good tv for the price. Still can't beat panasonic plasma's for picture quality though but input lag on this sony is only 13 milli seconds so I got it for gaming only. It does suffer picture wise from motion blur when watching normal tv but not bothered about the motion blur it suffers from when watching faster moving scenes like the ones in action films.

Ps if you can be bothered there are numerous settings to tweak to get a better standard picture

I haven't looked at the browser on mine yet, but I don't think it does support flash being a sony product.

Noticed on Google the reviews of JL aren't good at all - 2 stars I think is the average. Lot of it seems to be with faulty products or bad delivery times. Has anyone experienced anything similar?

I've never had a problem with JL.
