These have been this price for a long time now, but bearing in mind that the same pair in black are 19.99, then this is obviously a good deal. When they first came out in this design about 7 years ago, they were £35 a pair!

Voted hot. Not the best quality in the world, but I've had 4 pairs over the years as they are good value for the price. If you want amazing quality, ditch the iPod, get a Cowon and grab some Shure E2C buds :)

I paid 35 quid for these several times. Be warned, I've probably brought 3 or 4 pairs these headphones over the years and they aren't very reliable, I never had them last more then 6 months before one of the channels stopped working because of the wire. I still kept buying them though as they provide good bass response and a pretty good sound. For a tenner, you can't complain.

For those who get the dreaded one-channel loss - my dad got this and solved it quite easily by only having the 3.5mm connector plugged in half-way. Seemed to do the trick nicely - he's got a 1st generation pair and have lasted 5 years. Mine last about 12 months due to how much I use them, but my spare pair for the laptop are still going after 2 years now.

I've had 4 pairs in total!

Ordered a pair last night . Fantastic value and this will be my second pair . I paid £30 odd quid first time and was well chuffed with the sound quality , noise isolation is great for noisy places . heat added .

Noise isolation earphones will be banned sooner or later due tp all the deaths they cause every year

I used to get these, went through loads, they never lasted long. It is a good price compared to other places BUT the Creative ones sold at amazon for £7 are exactly the same sound quality IMO but they last forever by comparison.

The only difference I found was in the rubber ear parts. The creative ones are softer but the sony ones can give a better bass sound. These are interchangeable though, so if you've got the rubber buds of an old sony pair they'll fit onto the creative earphones giving you an identical sound.

I never buy the sony since getting the creative ones.
