They look very similar to the ones supplied with the PSP, which are excellent for the money. Heat added.

Nice find Edi, it's a shame that the Black ones are still at full price!

These are mighty fine earphones.
#6
Anyone know if the 3.5mm plug fits into the original iphone?

Cracking find!!

how do these compare to the sennheiser cx 300 earphones?
#9
Definitely a bargain. Tempted to buy a pair for modding and using in places where my Shure 530's should not venture.

The cable disintegrates. Wouldn't recommend.

far far better  (i have both)

these earphones are seriously amazing
#12
Will they fit iphones?
As you know, iphones have a 3.5mm jack but it's quite deep inside the phone.
#13
Sony's earphones are the bees knees baby
#14
Where do they stand alongside the Shure SE110s?
#15
i bought these last time round, very impressive:thumbsup:

They don't without modding as they have an L-shape 3.5mm connection :(

Shures are far superior. Sound and build quality are both better with the Shures.

I bought these first time round. Very comfortable and sound quality is good but due to their excessive sound leakage were no good for me as use them mostly on trains/buses/tubes.

I rushed and get a pair of Shure 110 when I saw them and havent looked back. They are amazing and worth getting while they are at £25 at play with the voucher.

Worked perfectly with my 1G ipod Touch.

Voted hot as its still a good deal.

I've got the EX82's which came with my Sony NWZA818 MP3 player and these are seriously good headphones. I rate them as better than my Shure E2Cs however they do leak sound in/out so are not so good in a noisy environment.

I disagree. I have the Sennheisers and my missus has the Sony, although there's not much in it, I think the Sennheisers just edge it.
#21
Selondoner what voucher did you use when you got your shure headphones?
#22
Amazing price! I already have the black ones, but at this price I couldn't resist and ordered 1 more!
Top quality headphones for under £13!

I got these headphones bundled with a NWZ-A818 I ordered a while back and in comparison, my pair of CX 300s were miles better  . Pay an extra fiver for the CX 300 cos they are worth it or if you are looking for really great sound go for some CX 95 (my current earphones :whistling:)
#24
Cheers for the advice nammo(cx95's a bit out of my price range though ). rep left.

...Pay an extra fiver for the CX 300...

These Sony headphones cost more than the CX300 (£26.70 vs £16.99 at amazon)

MDR-EX85 (White)
Sennheiser CX 300

I tried both the Sony and the Sennheiser headphones and would pick the Sony ones anytime! ;-)

I haven't had that problem - I wonder if it's perspiration that does that?
#27
Skip for me. You get for what you pay for when it comes to earphones...and most electronics and gadgets.

I meant £5 over the price posted on HUKD :). Anyways everyone has different tastes so something I thought was poor could be great to someone else and vice versa. Just see if you can test both and decide for yourself ( this is aimed at anyone looking at both headphones )

Can anyone recommend head plugs that you can wear in bed??

I listen to podcasts in bed and could do with some that are comfortable when laying on your side. These look like they would bury into your brain! I had some Sennheiser CX 300, but they fell to bits after a month (rubber bits and cable leading into speaker buds). Best so far are the latest stock iPod ones, but I would prefer buds. :)
#35
Bose TriportIE do it for me... no issues falling asleep in them.

Shure 530's  Though I know for a fact I'm still paying for mine :whistling:

I find them mesmerisingly addictive (indeed i'm wearing them now). Not entirely sure how I justify getting lost in them for five+ hours when I start dating again...

I swear my neighbours think i've moved house as my £1200 hi-fi setup rarely gets aired these days.

I wear these in bed http://www.play.com/Electronics/Electronics/4-/753149/Sony-MDR-EX71SL-In-Ear-Headphones/Product.html
Even though i use CX300s out and about as the sonys are so small you barely notice you have them on,Plus they are a bit cheaper if you roll over and pull the wires out,
