Don't be fooled by the stated specs or looks of these cans, they aren't that great.

The MDR-V150's are better than these, and the same price. Probably the best value for money headphones around.

I'd get the sennheisers everytime got a pair of sony like these off play last year in the sale terrible binned them within a week

I've owned both the sony and sennheiser headphones and I'd go with Sennheiser.
I still use them now and the sony ones packed up after a few months.

The Sony XD100's are an excellent pair of headphones.
I've had a set for the last 3-4 years and they have been excellent .
I bought a pair of the Sennheiser Hd201's last year for a second pc and they arent as good as the Sony's, quite tinny and the sound volume is low on them.

XD200 is like 14.99 on Play last time I checked. Go for them, guys. I own one and they're fantastic for movies, music and sound whoring on Call of Duty :)

You are right. I have tried both v150 and v300. In terms of value, v150 ismuch better thn xd100.
