I know it's a bit poo in size, but it is an original SONY and it is less than a quid! What more do you want from me damn you!!

Seriously, go easy on me it's my first time!

Also it's only in store I think, found it in HALIFAX - woodrowwyatt

Thnaks - yes, voted hot for the price but don't have any uses for one with this memory. I'm sure other will though - well done.

Will do my older Sony camera just fine ta. Going to go see what they have in stock tomorrow.

Think these will work in a psp which would make it handy for game saves, though it might stick out the side if its the older longer cards.
#6
Do you have an item number or stock code on your receipt for these?
My local branch looked at me stupid when i asked for them, so i thought i would try to phone them with the item number.

Thanks a lot - a great deal. I know it's tiny in capacity compared to some models, but this will go nicely with my GF's phone - I think it's a 1 megapixel camera, so should be able to store loads of photos (she's been doing fine with the original 32MB card that came with it!)

thanks I can use my sonycard and get some pluspoints

guys i have a razor v3 can i put a bigger card in these phones ? thx

the v3 razor wont accept any memory cards as it doesnt have a mem card slot.

this will only work in sony ericssons/ sony digital cameras (or any other sony device with a memory stick (with an adaptor)/duo/PRO duo slot)

In 2003 My mum's hubby bought a full size 128MB for 70-odd quid, numpty.

He got it from of those places everyone used to go to... I think they were called shops.

@play.com - 4096mb = £29.99

equiv. to 128mb = 94p

Not that hot really. What good is 128mb when you can get 4gb for roughly the same price pro rata?

because then you have to pay £30 instead of 97p???

128mb is plenty for game saves for the PSP. or even for a mobile phone. some people want the moon on a stick! sheesh!
#20
at 128MB I can put a couple of Thomas the Tank Engine Episodes (Maybe up to 4 episodes) on to a memory stick so my son will be well chuffed (geddit)
so yes I think this is hot, if you can find a use.

Save Games for my PSP.
some short films/cartoons (I have the Hanns Christian anderson classics that came free with some paper or other)
or an old camera/phone.

also as said, its easier for me to part with £1 compared to £30

i phoned up the three closest staple stores to me and they are all sold out and the item has become discontinued now
#22
I just didn't think it was that cheap in comparison to the dropping price of 4gb sticks now is all. Why would you want to buy an all singing, all dancing multimedia machine and put 128mb in it? Sorry, I just don't geddit.
This is great for people with a phone that takes 128mb sticks (SE P900 anyone?), but a PSP? C'mon!

I know where you are comming from and you may as well go for a bigger card for a PSP (I got a 512MB when they came down and it aint no where near big enough)

but on the flip side

I can get Wallace and gromit (wrong trousers, Close shave, cracking contraptions and making of cracking contraptions), Thomas and the Jet Engine, and a hanns christian anderson short cartoon (the little mermaid) on a 512MB. add to that a few pics, several podcasts and loads of save data, yet i still have 69MB free.

so when i pass Staples I will happily pop in see if they have any and if they do i will buy a couple, then I can free up space on my £512 to put a decent film for me by putting my save game data podcasts and some if not all of my Sons short films on them.

Remember the PSP was shipped with a 32MB originally so for some people this could increase thier storage by 4 times for only 91p

how can you not get it? its less than a pound? if you need a memory card for your camera or whatever and dont have £30, then you can buy this. Sure if you have £30 and need 4gb, its a better deal. But if you are strapped, buy this and you will be happy.

My point exactly. It's a good deal for a digicam or a phone. I just think that the PSP is crippled with less than 1gb. You need 400mb for a 90min mp4 movie.
But it is a good price, I never said it wasn't. I was simply saying that pound for pound a larger stick is the better buy at the moment. Memory prices are falling thru the floor, and there is very good value in bigger sticks if your hardware permits it, or you have £15 or more to spend.

Hey, if I place a bulk order for 500 cases of Irn Bru I'm sure it'd work out cheaper than buying one can individually. But sometimes all you want/need is one can.

No stock in Derby, item apparently not carried for some time at Staples. Probably found at the back of the store room at this branch. A great deal, if you can get one

Damn, i dont think theres a store near me , i have a Sony Ericcson P900 and this is the max memory card i can get for it i think.

i paid £10 for a 64MB one not too long ago :(

isn't the psp and some of the others mentioned here Sony Memory Stick Duo Pro? cos thats totally different. i was told 128MB is max for the Memory Stick Duo but the Pro version goes into gigabytes.

They're not the same cards

This is great, wish I could get some.

Just think of the romantic compilation you'd could make for your loved one(s) on 128MB to play on their K750i.

It's a wee bit larger than an old C90, but not as hard work as you'd have finding nearly 3 days worth of tunes for a 4GB card.
