The new version is coming soon, I had an email from them this week. The release date is not yet announced though. So while this is cheap it'll be out of date pretty quickly.

Cheers for the information. Unless they do something ground breaking in the next version though this will do me fine :).

I wonder if the next version will be totally different as it's now owned by Magix rather than Sony?

Yeah hold off until the new version is out, likely to be some deals on old versions + upgrades if nothing else. Will take a lot for me to upgrade from my current vegas 13 pro to be honest, hope they cut some decent deals with the release!

The one feature I want is the multi camera selector, but Vegas is a little pricey for me.

Multi camera is one of the features that is coming. I'm waiting for it too.

Is this good? Been using Premiere Elements for quite some time now, which is pretty good, but has its limitations.
