Better deals on empire stores/empire direct with free games.

Click is an awful film and def not worth transferring to the blu ray medium.

HDMI cable worthwhile tho.

Still think I'll wait till after xmas to buy a PS3 when they will be £100 cheaper...but maybe not even worth it as have xbox 360 already.

Good deal considering the RRP is £425! Are trying hard to get rid of these things?

I have a feeling we'll see the 20GB version sooner rather than later!

i doubt it, the HDD wont be a major factor in the cost of the thing really, especially as these days a 20gb hdd probably costs just pennies less than a 60gb to manufacture.

after initially good sales, it looks like sony are going to struggle badly to keep shifting PS3s, the combination of price and gamer apathy (it launched without any games that really make you want one, imo) is going to hurt them badly.

frankly, they'd have been better off waiting til autumn to launch it over here, possibly at a cheaper price and coupled with a few must have games.

good find though, and a decent price if all you're after is a High Def movie player, but thats just about all the PS3 has going for it at the minute.

Good dal for anyoen wanting a Blu-Ray player, so a good find there (after all it does have the HDMI and is just under 400).

But as a games machine, no chance - when the Gamestation deal got posted a few days ago I finally went ahead and bought a 360.

I'm sure the PS3 will sell eventually, but at the moment they will struggle, the problem is there are so many fanboys who will buy regardless of price and quality!

From Quidco/Play link:

Please read the following before proceeding:

Cashback does not apply to console sales, such as Playstations, X-boxes, etc or playtrade items. However all other hardware including console controllers and leads are still valid for cashback.

Sony will surely announce a large price drop in in the summer (remember Microsoft Xbox and Nintendo 64 chopped £100 off after admitting they got it wrong) , these things are not selling as well as expected, poorly say some reports.
Would be better if they released a regular DVD version, I havnt seen many rental shops doing Blu-Ray :-(

The best deal is from great universal. Check the hotukdeal. The second one in the list has all details.

20% off First order
10% Cashback after first £150
6% Quidco..

This brings the Ps3 down to £360 with Resistance game

you'd have a hard job playing any games on it if they did that....

DVD data discs work well enough for the PC and Xbox360
