Sony PlayStation 3 PS3 Slim Console with 250GB HDD + X-Men Origins: Wolverine (Blu-ray) + Batman: The Dark Knight (Blu-ray) + Blu-ray Remote Control

PS3 Slim Console
The internal design architecture of the PS3 Slim, from the main semiconductors and power supply unit to the cooling mechanism, has been completely redesigned, achieving a much slimmer and lighter body. Compared to the very first PS3 model with 60GB HDD, the internal volume as well as its thickness and weight are trimmed down to approximately two-thirds.

Furthermore, power consumption is also cut to two-thirds, helping to reduce fan noise. While inheriting the sleek curved body design of the original model, the form factor of the PS3 Slim features a new meticulous design with textured surface finish, giving an all-new impression and a casual look.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine
Leading up to the events in the X-Men film, X-Men Origins: Wolverine tells the story of Wolverine's (Hugh Jackman) epically violent past, his complex relationship with Victor Creed, and the ominous Weapon X program. Along the way, Wolverine encounters many mutants, both familiar and new, including surprise appearances by several legends of the X-Men universe.

Batman: The Dark Knight
Following on from Batman Begins, director Christopher Nolan and Christian Bale reunite for The Dark Knight. With the help of Lieutenant Jim Gordon and newly appointed District Attorney Harvey Dent, Batman sets out to dismantle the remaining criminal organizations that plague the city streets. The partnership proves to be effective, but they soon find themselves prey to a reign of chaos unleashed by a rising criminal mastermind known to the terrified citizens of Gotham as The Joker.

Please Note! PS3 Slim is not compatible with PlayStation 2 games.

Use discount code 'PLANW09' to get this for £264.99
Nice one, I think this is quite a bargain, everywhere else is more expensive, hopefully everyone will agree. xx

Actually, with respect, I think you'd be surprised. My old man's thinking of getting a PS3 just for blu-ray and media playback (plus a little internet goodness apparently) in the lounge. He doesn't want any games with it. so this would be ideal for him.

If it didn't come with Wolverine... :-D
i think it's a good deal, £284 with fifa10 at tesco direct, so £14 quid more with fifa
I dont see why this is cold either? Im looking for a ps3 with no games and a blu-ray to get me started...

Can you buy a ps3 250GB alone for less than that price?

If you could pick one up around £240 + £20 for 2 blu-ray?+remote for £15? thats still £275...
You can get this deal + 2 new release games on the High St (Gamestation) @ 299.99, and the games trade for circa £30-£40. So youd end up with your blu-ray starter pack and a couple of blue rays, and have a physical location to go back to.

Not freezing, but not hot at all.
