I preordered mine from the big A last month, it's been 'out for delivery' since last Thursday and still not arrived.
The Amazon customer support lady was very apologetic, and has promised me one from the new stock to arrive on 21st Nov.
Bit cr*p isn't it. Moan over.

I'm waiting for a bundle too. Have a feeling you'll get one game bundled for the same price as this

Not sure if still available but with amazon, you should get a email with £20 discount of dishonour 2 and COD for £32.

However crucially you get a 2 year HASSLE free guarantee at John Lewis as well thus if you are just going to order the console only it make more sense to go for the JL option over Amazon. Free delivery as well at JL and also click and collect if you live near a store.

Cancel it and order from JL unless Amazon are giving you a decent goodwill payment.

Instead of moaning, you really should act with your wallet. Cancel the order with Amazon, walk in to a Currys or Argos and ask them to price match John Lewis or Tesco, they will do so on the spot. Instant PS4 Pro in your hands and Amazon won't be seeing your money.

Exactly the same thing happened to me with my PS4 Pro Amazon order, it just mysteriously never turned up after being out for delivery at the local depot. I think a large wave of PS4 Pro's were stolen by the Amazon Logistics employees, as many report a similar story with their PS4 Pro.

Why would you go into Argos or currys and ask them to price match John Lewis or Tesco when you can just go into John Lewis and Tesco and get it for the same price anyway?

Btw I'd remove that stuff about the Amazon logistics employees.

Don't bother massive issues with it not working properly with most 4k TV's i have a LG B6 OLED and the only way i got a picture was to disable HDCP otherwise black screen with sound. I cant believe Sony released a console thats 4K and doesn't work right its disgusting for a product that cost £350 and if i hadn't of sold my standard white PS4 last week i would of sent it back.

Bad luck - get a better TV, I haven't had any of these problems - most of them I have seen seem to be people clueless about the settings and inputs on their TVs.

The reason I mentioned Argos or Curry is because they were the only ones that had stock on site, my local Tesco Extra store doesn't hold any consoles on site for sale. Looks like John Lewis has stock now.

Why remove the comment about the Amazon logistics employees? What do we think happens to the items when they are scanned on to the vehicle, are out for delivery and never turn up? I guess a black hole must open up in the back of the van, surprising they can pass their MOT which such a fault.

Are u having a laugh, there are 1000s of people that have this issue and get a better TV i have a 2016 OLED their is no better and i know my inputs very well and all the settings if i turn on HDCP i get sound and black screen so you explain to me if i don't know my TV how do you fix this issue and get full 4K RGB with HDR because im very interested. I suggest you go into the the PS4 settings and have a look what it says under video Information. You are one of the lucky ones if it works for you as this issue covers every brand of TV their is do you even have a 4K HDR TV or is it some 23 inch PC monitor in your mommys basement. There's always one but im not going to take the bait. Stuff it

Just type it into google and see HDCP issues for PS4 pro. Saying that someone with your expertise in TV inputs could earn millions working for Sony on this massive issue as upto yet they haven't solved it but they dont have someone with your I.Q working for them because if they did millions of frustrated PS4 Pro owners would be very happy and you would be a hero.

I had problems with RGB where the screen would go black every 10 seconds. In the end I just set it to auto (as per the recommended comment next to the option). RGB with HDR is more of a pain than it's worth, unless you are looking at 4khdr @ 60fps. I'm happy with it on auto defaulting to yuv420 which is just fine for HDR10 on a 10bit display @ 30fps. Yes, RGB HDR does need fixing and I am sure an update will be forthcoming - but a lot of the inane comments on forums are problems people are having simply by not understanding the inputs and settings required on their specific to sets.

Same here mine never came. Amazon handled it shoddily too. Went Argos.
