I've been in two minds about getting the slim & selling my oled one but thinking about my opinion these are the better models. unless uk release the lime version I'll be getting that straight away :)

Seems like a good deal, altho I'm pretty bored of mine and only had it a couple of months. It's true what they say, there are minimal games, at least for my tastes :(

Be interesting to see how well Minecraft plays on one of these when it comes out.

Honestly, the 3G feature on these is, personally speaking at least, pretty useless. Probably why Sony dropped it on the Slim. If you can get it without for cheaper then I'd recommend that.

I will agree with this, 3G is kinda usless unless you can afford to pay up for an extra sim every month for £5-£15

Especially given that, if memory serves, you can't play multiplayer online over the 3G anyway. So it's pretty much web stuff and, if you really feel like breaking the data limit bank, PSN downloads. Though part of me thinks they might be limited to a certain size over 3G too.

I bought Borderland 2 from a deal on here, not stopped playing it since it was delivered last week, very under-rated and in my opinion one of the best games I've played on the Vita.

warning I looked at 17 of them at Walsall Argos clearance on Saturday just gone! The WiFi/G3 versions were 99.99 - 10% discount.
I was set up to buy 2 but every screen was scratched, all were quite bad but the worst one was almost impossible to make out the picture.

the woman there said that she knew that they were all scratched and that most if not all had been returned due to how easily the screen scratched.

just a tiny scratch on that lovely oled screen looks like the grand canyon. I know this as I scratched my first one just a bit and ended up selling it to cex and getting a new one.

I didn't buy one and take my advise pay a bit more and get a new one!

Exactly how cheap are people expecting on this!? Within a year after its release its dropped by more than £120!

All I'm saying is that the 3G version was positioned as the more expensive version of the two. So if there was a non-3G deal that was cheaper than this then that'd be the better deal.

I just think this is cheap enough though. Also the 3G is pretty decent for some light web browsing and the 'near' app which is pretty cool, just wish it was invested in a little more, bagged some good game goodies from using that.

this version only has better screen and looks. but slim has way more pros than the original, i highly recommend the slim

Used for £109. Plus 16gb sim card would be approx £30. Thats £139. Then add on the games.
Why not buy a brand new one for £149 with the16gb card and a sports and racing pack and gameware starter pack?

it's only really worth getting the slim if never purchase the original. otherwise better off keeping the original unless ppl got money to burn lol

You can regularly get 'new' (i.e. not preowned) OLED Vitas for this price... I did a few weeks back and would highly recommend one!

Voted cold since there have been much lower prices on preowned Vitas and the above.
