They are trying to offload the pads before the rumble ones arrive I guess

Pretty good.

You can also choose from about 18 other games aswell.

Not a bad price for a new game and official pad.

Not a great deal really, you can get the game for a lot cheaper than this and the SIXAXIS pads will be going for cheap now that the Dual Shock 3's are out.

Please provide a source for this information. Or is this all rumour?

What, the dual shock 3? It was rumour for a while, it's been confirmed for ages though.

Announced at the 2007 Tokyo Game Show, the DualShock 3 (CECHZC2J) is a controller for the PlayStation 3 that incorporates the features and wireless design of the Sixaxis wireless controller with rumble capabilities. It was released in Japan on November 11, 2007 at a retail price of JP¥5,500, in black color. The controller is expected to debut in North America and Europe in Spring 2008.[2]

So yeah, give it a couple of months and you'll be able to pick up SIXAXIS pads for next to nothing.

I know about it being released, I have 1.

I was enquiring where you can get Ratchett and Clank "Cheaper" even though the game is not listed separately, and where the sixaxis is going cheap. :)

You have now said it will be going for "Next to nothing" how much is that in pounds and pence?

Well, ASDA and TheHut are selling it for £34.93, so you're paying £15 for a controller that will be obsolete in a couple of months.
That's why I said it'd be better to hold up until "spring" when they'll be clearing them from the shelves to make room for the DS3.

So paying £15 for a controller that is currently selling for ~£29 is a bad deal? :?
So to be better off, the sixaxis needs to be selling for less than £15 in the "Spring".

Well yeah. it's not a bad deal as such, it's just that there will almost certainly be much better deals when the dual shock 3 comes out in a couple of months, that's all I'm saying.

I understand what you are saying.

It's just that by your reasoning, we would NEVER buy anything because there will always be a better deal around the corner.
