Thanks.

Just ordered a 120gb version from very.co.uk which come to £203 inc. p&p with 20% off. The free p&p code wouldn't work with the 20% off one.

Mine charged me the discounted price and not the full amount as you mentioned.

if u did order from very.co.uk then go to your account and look transaction history, u will see the credits there, I have been riding very/littlewoods for many a year...i bet there customer service is no worst than another one else, amazon and play are very good...

I've had things from very, by the way, to use codes your better using mozilla firefox, im too lazy to explain why, and most won't get why

but anyway, i've spent the in the region of 4 figures at very.co.uk

I got a mug which was broken along with aload of 3 for 2 things i got from there (obviously only the mug was broken) i rang up and they said they'd send another straight away and on thier system it said i had to destroy the item

I also ordered a pool table, the manufacturer left all the fittings and other things out of it, i rang up and they said they 'd send me another and just take what i wanted and ring back for collection, due to it being about 1 week away from christmas and them being out of stock, they couldn't guarantee it would be here by christmas, but it turned up around 2 days before christmas...actually, the extra pool table is still sat here

I can't complain about them:thumbsup:

So they tend to break or don't have the pieces. Gah. I hate ringing up.

You know when you make an account at very, do you have to sign up for a credit card from very? Can you not just pay from your debit card? I was going to make an account but it looks like while doing the signing up it looks like i'm signing up for a card? Can anyone shed any light on this? Can you just not make an account without signing up for a card, if that is the case?

I did the same, thought i was signing for a credit agreement, turns out i'd clicked the wrong 'continue' went round again and clicked the 1 with pics of all the cards on further down the page

Yeah mine said £231 at the end and thats what i thought i'd paid, it was the email sent after that said i would be charged the full amount and then refunded the 20% discount

Just read the mail and it does say what you mention about refund. I did notice when I checked out that the price on the Mastercard confirmation was £203 so will wait to see what gets charged but I don't see there will be a problem.

You know, are you talking about the account application bit? That is the bit where i'm not sure if i'm agreeing to a credit agreement. The personal application bit at the beginning is fine. I'm assuming you are took little further in the application because i can't see another continue icon.

Out of another interest, when does these codes expires? Especially the 20% off voucher.

No, the stuff from the pool table was a manufacturing fault, and i assume the mug was broken in transit.

No you don't have to do anything credit related, theres an option to pay with a debit card, and another to set up an account with credit:thumbsup:
