Jump to unread Post a CommentYes, they lack some internet based options but, on the other hand, they have excellent USB media capabilities - I have a 2tb drive connected to one and have yet to find a file it won't play.

Really? My sony TV streams IPlayer and Lovefilm content. Not HD quality, but very watchable on 40"

Samsung smart TV 's don't so assuming their players won't either.......why would they ? no vested interest in hollywood and a plus for sales.
