Thanks, been looking at these on various sites all week.

Any others people would recommend over this one around the £50 mark or is this pretty much as good as you'll get for this price?

My research suggested this at £50, the Cambridge Audio Minx at £100, and the Bose Mini at £150

If you can go a little higher it's well worth checking out the new Denon Envaya at £170.

Got my hands on a Flip last week for £44.95 (Flip 2 out now at near £100) from PC World. Absolutely awesome if you can get one.....John Lewis doing them for £49.

Wireless or not, b*ggered if I'm spending this amount on a speaker with a puny 4W output power.

How about this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0056SX6J8

Great British tech company, 16W rechargable bluetooth speaker, excellent sound and design with touch controls and over 25% less cost.

I like Sony, and some of their products are really great value. But on this occasion, there's much better out there and for cheaper!

No brainer!

Not always the case, depends what it sounds like. There are many 4w bluetooth speakers but they all sound different. Its more dependant on the drivers and how its designed.
