Sony aren't exactly renowned for being great loudspeaker makers....good electronics some would say but not speakers

Why not buy speakers made by a speaker co.

I have asked my wife to refuse delivery as I was informed by HDNL that it would be delivered yesterday (status was out for delivery, and was told to wait till 9PM when I called at 7PM, which I did but never turned up).

Tough luck Amazon which is using a very dodgy HDNL courier company - many have complained on google. My package was sitting in their Ipswich depot for more than 48 hours:

26 Nov 2010 05:45:19 PM Ipswich Depot UK Arrival Scan
26 Nov 2010 02:51:17 PM Ipswich Van UK Customer refused delivery
26 Nov 2010 10:34:52 AM Ipswich Van UK Out for delivery
25 Nov 2010 07:39:44 PM Ipswich Depot UK Arrival Scan
25 Nov 2010 12:00:42 PM Ipswich Van UK Out for delivery
24 Nov 2010 12:08:06 AM Ipswich Depot UK Arrival Scan
23 Nov 2010 02:27:32 PM Droitwich UK Arrival Scan
23 Nov 2010 12:00:00 AM Web Customer UK Order has been handed over to the carrier and is in transit
