Well, it pains me to post this, because I want to buy one but have to wait a few days before buying!! :( - But I couldnt resist posting it because its such a good deal. The same as the one from LAksys but I prefer Amazon for reliability.

This will quite happily play games like Modern Warfare etc

Edit, also. There is a new version of this laptop coming out very soon, with the i3 processor, but I personally think this processor is going to be better.

Really good laptop, i've got one myself.
It has recently been updated - CW2 with i3 or i5 and Nvidia 330GT.

Yer, I havent seen one out yet with the i5, but I think this will be quicker than the i3, I have tried a few i3's and they seem to get all slow for no reason.

If you think having the Sony name is worth £200+ then great. If not, then buy a same or better spec model for much less.

A couple of months ago, there was this which for a time was available for £510 delivered (after quidco).

Unfortunately not seen anything in that league recently.

FYI You won't notice much difference between the T6600 vs P7450

That is a more powerful machine but its much bigger and therefore not as portable as this one.

Ah, hadn't noticed this deal was a dinky 14.1" laptop.

As the Amazon site yet again turns out to be useless, here are tech. details (ripped from a now expired auction on a popular auction site...)

They look to be correct - though can't be sure 100% certain.
Ordinarily i'd go through and filter out all the unnecessary info in there, but.... I can't be bothered.
