  Good deal having blu-ray and 17.3inch screen. The 410m graphics are probably nearly as good as the integrated graphics on an Ivybridge i5 so overall a good package for the price.

  I agree it's a pity this doesn't have USB 3.0. It will be interesting to see what sort of sales there are on 'old' stock; having bought a new laptop in March i hope they aren't too good ;)

  Do the Sony shop still offer the 3 year warranty free of charge? Used to be on all laptops bought direct from them, as opposed to the same thing bought from PC world etc

  The amount of RAM a GPU has has little to how it'll perform, in this case the 410M is barely faster than the integrated graphics.
