Anyone got an opinion on the £239 one? Got one in my basket and don't know whether to buy it! :(
#2
Slow processor makes it not a great deal. Very old type now, no where near even i3

lol for 240quid it was a great buy

sony clearance can be a bit slow to update stock levels, think from an old thread you were best phoning to confirm stock if wanted to be a bit more sure.

not sure how eg i3-370 3gb ram ati 5470 bluray writer for 379 can be considered cold, or with 1080p screen and a couple more bits for under 500.
or the blue 14inch @499 with 5650.
for refurb id head to dell though but clearance machines are new.
there are often bargains there in clearance its juts a case of whether you are fast enough or not

i3-370, with blu ray and 3gb ram for £379 is hot hot, shame it's pink.
#7
their website is rubbish, never have any live stock update
#8
That must be worst site ever , tried to buy the pink one this morning ,got a site error after getting it into the basket . The same thing happened again as I tried to buy the blue one this evening . On both occasions when I got reconnected they were unavailable.
#9
thats why i suggested phoning, site has always been slow.

do these get updated frequently?

do these get updated frequently?

not really but i wouldn't want to stop you checking incase you miss one^^
once they add a bunch they usually sell out quickly then have a few left over at high prices which sit for ages
not sure there is a set pattern to it. hopefully someone else knows.
