Looks like a good little laptop. Just be wary about the battery though, that seems to be it's down point as a reviewer said that was only 1 hour.

Dont see it cheaper currently. However there was a good deal a while ago on this but it's long over.

just out of curiousity, does it matter that it's dual core and not core2? (:oops: sorry, just don't know what the working differerence is between these and if it really matters). Will core2 give this laptop more futureproofing or what? :thinking:

Two different processor types. Dual Core is more like an older PentiumD. C2D is a different beast altogether.
