I like, alot, the resolution for that 14inch screen, I wish smaller laptops had decent resolutions like that.
You pay for it with that price though, lack of exact CPU model is disappointing but clearly it's not the newer (i) models.

£9.99 delivery is pain.
And what about the service of laptopshop?

Credit Card purchase means Section75 and 12month retailer warranty protection, not heard of the shop mind.

looking at the model number it is the new recent 14" E Series that has just been launched, but instead of the standard i3-330M CPU, its got the i5-520M. Although I thought the i5 CPUs where SonyStyle exclusives.

Has anyone had any dealings with laptopshop?

on a side note, anyone know why the 14" is no longer customizable on the Sony Style site anymore? stock issues?

think i will be avoiding this after reading some reviews about the insurance hasle..

decent enough price assuming it is an i5

I would avoid this shop based on the reviews. Apparantley in the t&c they tell you that they pass your credit card onto an insurance company so they can charge you a monthly fee for it without actually telling you up front. I thought the 2.4Ghz one was only available for the 15 and 17 inch models.

T&C's and checkout specific product listings are the not the same thing.

If they tried that on me they'd be on the receiving end of a trading standards investigation and a credit card chargeback.
