only drawback with this phone is its size -16gb. Adoptable storage is not enabled by Sony for this phone. Apart from this one issue, it's a great model. I'm posting this message using xperia XA.

is it true of all their payg phones that you don't need to top up if buying online?

I was hopeful this could be done easily but It says only after 12 months and costs £15 on payg?

From the o2 page: "Pay As You Go customers
If you're on Pay As You Go, your O2 phone can be unlocked 12 months after you bought it. It’ll cost you £15, which we'll deduct from your airtime balance. This policy might vary depending on which phone you’ve bought."

you have to choose any topup bundle, but it won't be added to you checkout amount, it is just a tariff you choose ;)

Battery life is not good, from various reviews on sites

I have this and I wouldn't say the screen is tiny, you can get this for 10 cheaper with EE also there's no charge if you wanted it unlocked either

What's not to like as far as longevity in this phone as I don't change too often.
Thanks...am hoping for a good deal pre-xmas but thinking if I wait for the sales I may be better off.
