Looking for a pair of phones for my mobile but everything sounds rather sh*t compared to my 20 years old Sennheiser hd414s. Good price though.

Highly unlikely. I base that on a pair of £9.99 Skullcandy earbuds that were nowhere near as good as my £9.99 Sonys.

The black/gunmetal and white / silver ones are still £9.99 at Amazon and if you Flubit those, you should get another 11% off. I did that with the red ones when they were still 9.99 and got mine for £8.91, so not voting eityer way on this, as it's a good deal, but as you can see, they can be had cheaper (and isn't postage additional with Argos if under £xx amount?)

That's what I meant. I realise that I could have worded it better which is why I tried to make an amendment.. What I meant was the Sony are better than the Skullcandy.

Dammit! I hate when an already great deal gets CRUSHED right after I bought it, I hate it even more when I can't even get the newly amended greater than the great deal.
Lucky you - none in London.

Bought a pair at currys for £7.97, can't complain for the money but expected them to be close to my zx600 I bought previously for £30. Comfort and sound quality doesn't compare, but ideal for use with the laptop!
#19
these are really good for the money
#20
OOS @ Currys down this way :(

Anyone got any good deals on lightweight, preferably folding, headphones? Need to be rugged and cheap as they are for the eldest to take to school so need to survive being in a schoolbag all day.

£6.97 in Currys!

Edit: Slightly different colour scheme and OOS down this way, unfortunately

If you're passing currys then its worth checking for the zx600 for less than £16. I posted a deal but it didn't get much attention.

Well, obviously that was never going to happen!
How could a £10 pair compare with a £30 model from the same manufacturer?

Scullcandy or AIAIAI - search this website for deals - I have both in my collection.

Well they were £10 reduced from 20 or 25! I didn't expect the world, they serve a purpose but are pretty uncomfortable on my head!

Maybe cos I have a big head!
#29
I paid £20 a few weeks back but I feel robbed now! They're decent and comfortable though.

Yep - the AIAIAI Capital hadphones are pretty good, especially for the price, and they get even better with HD25 pads on them

Nice one. Cheers!
#36
are these better than the sony ear buds u get with the z2 mobile phone ? the noise cancelation ones
#37
Just picked up a pair in white from Newmarket! Not bad for a tenner, thanks.
#38
I really like these headphones - for the style and price, you won't find many better. Think I'll save my money for a Bluetooth set though, been wanting one for a while...
#39

It has been taken off the site now.
#40
Supposedly £4.41 at PC World, though not in stock at any of the 9 stores closest to Leeds, worth a check in case your local store is the (possibly) only one in the UK that actually has them in stock.
