Same with The Wire. Apparently they will also be on Anytime + although I'm not sure whether they'll make the whole box set available at the start or not as the promo material about the box set availability doesn't make it clear. I think I'm going to have to upgrade my HD box hard drive because of this channel :D

Yep, just upgraded mine for the same reason using this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-HD103SJ-internal-SATAII-7200RPM/dp/B002MQC0P8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1295213420&sr=8-1

Already have recorded about a hundred hours of HD programmes and still have 40% left!

Which box have you got out of interest? I've got the Amstrad 780 (which is still waiting for Anytime+... grrr) and am tempted to pop a 2TB drive in. Apparently it can take it but I'm struggling to find feedback about which models work well.

Also, I've heard that sometimes the box slows down with a bigger drive in. Have you found that?

3p more on Amazon, if you happen to have vouchers ...

Good price, you can also get this from cex for £35 which is what I did cos I just intended on watching it not keeping it...such a good series though I dont know whether I can part with it! I'm also going to have to watch a wire again because people keep asking which is better and I just cant decide!!

I have a Samsung box- supplied April 2010. The box actually speeds up significantly upon installation of the new HD. It also has stopped locking up like it used to- so that must have been caused by the old HD.

Only downside is it is a bit noisier, but cannot really hear it when watching TV.

Search AV Forums and Google for which drives work best in your make of Sky box.
