To add heat you perss the red up arrow at the side of the temp display and to add rep you click on the greyish scales at the side of the persons avatar that you are giving rep to.I think that the items are sent from England i ordered mine on saturday and had a postage confirmation email this morning.They have a next day service but it's £5.95
