Very cool.

Very cold deal, you are paying £3.49 too much for what is basically a bit of silicon. I got one with fish from ikea over the summer for £1..
#4
its all about nostalgia
not ikea fish mate
#5
Sorry, my bad! Thought this was a hot deals site, not a nostalgia site! :)

Ohhh... And I do agree that this is a funky product, just not at this price!

a perfect secret santa present

This is a great bit of fun for geeks. A fish is not the same as a space invader.

I love this retro stuff! I want on of these!!!

Fish and ice just don't got together eh? Whereas space invaders and ice reminds me of nights in the pub on the table top machine trying to hold back the forces of evil and not knock your Rum & Coke over in the process.....

I already have a lego man one, I gotta get this too!

EDIT: Just remembered a £6 gift certificate I had for amazon, so ordered it from them.

Voted cold.

Hahaha, see what I did there? Cold? Ice cubes? Because they're cold? Damn I'm funny.

I actually voted hot, I've wanted these for a while ;)

Is it officially licenced? They've taken it off their website and the cubes don't look exactly like the invaders in the game. Quite expensive for a bootleg.

Cold. £4.49 for an ice cube tray??

I had my eyes peeled for a silicon tray until I found heart and star shaped ones for 99p in Homebase clearance section two weeks ago. Last night I spotted plain old square cube trays (silicon) in Tesco for 49p too.

You can say the same about anything, why pay £30 for a nice shirt if Tesco sell some for £3?

For the people complaining because of the price, then its no really targeted at you. Its a bit of fun and the invader I thought looked pretty like the Taito ones. You might as well be the ones that argue easter eggs are rip offs and just but a bar of choclate i.e you miss the point.
